By using the Tastemaker app or tastemakerclub.com, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use Tastemaker.
You need an account to rate, review, and follow people. You are responsible for what happens on your account, and for keeping access to the phone number or sign-in provider you used to create it. You must be at least 13 years old to use Tastemaker.
Tastemaker is for your own personal, non-commercial use. Do not misuse it: no harassment, no impersonation, no scraping or automated collection, no attempts to break or overload the service, and nothing unlawful.
Your ratings, reviews, and lists are yours. You keep ownership of them. By posting them you give Tastemaker permission to store and display them in the app and on tastemakerclub.com so the product can work as intended.
We can remove content that breaks these Terms, and you can report content or block another person from within the app.
Film, television, and book information comes from third-party catalogs including TMDB and Open Library. We do our best but we cannot guarantee it is complete or accurate. Reviews and ratings written by other people are their opinions, not ours.
Tastemaker is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise the app will always be available or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, Tastemaker is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use Tastemaker after a change means you accept it.
